HelloI am looking for a cake topper that has the bride, groom, and small dog. I don't want the wood or paper ones but rather the figures. Does anyone know where I can get it at an affordable price? I saw that etsy has them for 140 but because of our budget, I need something less expensive.

Not particularly affordable, but the Etsy shop Lollipop Workshop makes adorable custom cake toppers (including custom animals...).

Did a quick search, most of the good ones are in that price range on Etsy. If you look for them separate, you can find them.

Hey Mariana! If you are not looking for a totally customized cake topper, you should definitely check out Amazon. There are lots of different options there. Although if you want the figures to be completely customized to you with distinguishing features, you might have to search Etsy for some vendors that can do this within your budget.
What type of dog do you have?
