What are your cake flavors? I'm planning on a three-tier red velvet!
We are doing a single tier of cheesecake, 150 donuts (glazed, chocolate frosted, boston cream, lemon filled, sugar and gluten free) and 100 mini cheesecakes (plain and nutella)
White cake with raspberry buttercream filling on the first tier, and salted caramel filling on the second tier (bigger)!
We will probably go with buttercream!

We are only doing a small two tier cut cake (Top layer is for first anniversary) but it will be Lemon with buttercream frosting!
I was thinking of doing chocolate, but FH isn't a big fan. I'm all for a great chocolate cake!
