Cake Cutting: Yea or Nay?

We're doing a cake cutting... Definitely no cake in the face.

Yea to cake cutting! We only have a tiny cake for us to cut and we'll be doing a dessert bar for everyone else. FH and I agreed to do just a LITTLE bit of cake smashing but I don't think it needs to be a spotlight moment.

Yes I think it’s cute but no gross stuffing in our faces

We are doing it immediately after dinner, so we won't be in the spotlight, and guests will be getting served cake while they are still sitting.

The best man is getting a custom engraved axe as his gift, so we’re using it to cut the cake 😂

Oh yes we'll be posting plenty of BAM pics including that! and yes we are very excited about the dessert bar! Not a lot of people we are inviting like cake so we want to have multiple kinds of desserts that everyone can enjoy!

We will be doing it but (call me a party pooper) won’t smash the cake in eachother’s face because 1. Emotions get to you after you help several very hungry homeless people. 2. My fiancé’s aunt will work hard on that cake and 3. I spent too much money on my makeup and worked too hard on it. You think you could smash cake on my face? Boi you wrong

We're cutting the cake even if just for a photo. Half the time they put the cake in such a secluded corner you couldn't even watch :/

Yes, but we won't be shoving cake in each other's faces though. My fiance says that's a waste of good cake

We're deciding between a mini-cake for the cake cutting, or go straight for the cupcake smooshing in each other's faces.

Agreed! I would much rather eat the delicious cake!!

We are doing a cake cutting before everything really starts. That way they can cut it and have it ready as soon as dinner is done.

Yes! But it will be one of the first things we do to help the flow of the party.

We are definitely doing the cake cutting and terribly my fun has already threatened to smash the cake!!!!
