I’d choose an American bustle. In my opinion, they look best on this style dress. My dress was also a fit to flare and I chose an American bustle. When you go to get your dress altered, you can ask your seamstress to show you the difference between an American and French.

Yes I agree American bustles look the best for these crepe fit and flare dresses. French bustles are normally used for ball gowns and full A-lines!

Firstly, your dress is beautiful
I agree with the advice of the PPs. Speak with your seamstress about the different options during your fitting and he/she will definitely be able to advise.
Have you found a seamstress to work with yet?
