Bustle or No Bustle

I am torn on whether or not to bustle my dress. It is a sweep train, so the train is pretty short. My seamstress said I could go without one, since the dress will end up getting dirty whether it is bustled or not. I can move around just fine without the bustle, the sweep train isn't in the way. I am torn on whether or not to bustle my dress. It is a sweep train, so the train is pretty short. My seamstress said I could go without one, since the dress will end up getting dirty whether it is bustled or not. I can move around just fine without the bustle, the sweep train isn't in the way. Just wondering everyone's thoughts, what are you doing?

    Bustle during ceremony or you could risk a ripped dress before the night is over.

    WW has spoken, bustle that baby! I can't imagine how a guest would feel if they accidentally trampled it...pretty horrified, I would imagine.

    Mine was also a sweep train and I didn't bustle. Wasn't an issue at all.
