Bustle Ideas?

I have a very similar train on mine. My seamstress added a hook & eye along the back button line, and the skirt just lifts on to the hook. It’s called an American bustle or over-bustle. Here is an example!

There are so many different styles of bustle that you could choose from, but each style works best for a different style of dress. Your seamstress will definitely have an input as to what will work and look best for your dress so there is nothing wrong with asking for her opinion in your appointment. After all, she is the expert!

I like American bustles for this type of dress. Also look into the cascading or waterfall bustle if you want something fancier.
