Bustle help

This is what it looks like without bustle.

I think it’s good with the 3 points. Mine is 7 points but it still looks pretty.

According to a friend of mine who is a seamstress for a bridal shop, 3 points is generally the minimum because the train can be heavy and the points aren't generally strong enough to hold it up with fewer when you figure all the moving around you'll be doing with dancing and sitting and stuff. Have you tried an under bustle? That might make it less bulky in the butt area.

Can they not bustle under your bum? It would be super flattering

Thank you everyone for the responses! I think I am going to call my seamstress and see if she can show me other options to see what I like best. Hopefully it's not too difficult.

I would see if they can do an underbustle. Your backside looks fine, and I don’t think it looks bulky. But it’s covering the beading that trails down over your backside. I would want that to be seen if possible.
