Daughter did her bustle with the in-house alterations at the salon she bought her dress from; however, she needed to have her dress steamed before the wedding and did a ton of research. There is an EXCELLENT high-end dry cleaner with an extensive alterations dept called Power Cleaners in Lake Forest. They came VERY highly recommended to us. Where did you purchase your dress? Would it be possible to contact them about adding a bustle to your dress? They will have experience with wedding dress alterations and will be confident in their ability to complete the job. You may have to pay a premium for a quicker turnaround than usual but it will be totally worth it if they can do it in time for your wedding!

If this isn’t possible, I would start searching area for alteration business that lists wedding gown alterations as a service they supply. This may entail diving into their customer reviews but totally worth it if you find somewhere that is highly recommended!
