What would the menu consist of? Just burgers and fries? ETA: Also, what type of wedding vibe are you going for, more a casual backyard wedding or something more formal?

Maybe do the burgers as a late night snack? I've never been to a wedding that served burgers for dinner.

You're whole wedding vibe would need to be very casual. I wouldn't mind good quality burgers at a wedding. But I'm a very casual person. lol...You would need a veggie option as well.

I agree with PP. Burgers are definitely for an ultra casual wedding. If you are doing something bigger/more formal that that, then I would make them a late night snack.

I attended a wedding a few years ago and dinner was a build-your-own-burger bar. It was definitely a more casual wedding, but the burger bar was so fun! I literally still remember the food from the wedding and it's been over four years.

Maybe use them for the rehearsal dinner or a late night snack at the wedding? I just can't see burgers as wedding reception food, and I have pretty wide standards about what can be good wedding food.

I'm doing a slider burger bar. I'm super excited for it. But we're trying to be really laid back

I like the idea of having them as a midnight snack. I wish I left room for that in my budget lol. We're thinking about doing something like that, just us though. FH and I are probably going to go back to the hotel .....hang out..... then take a 3am trip to waffle house like we used to in college.

.....Totally off topic. I'm just really excited for post-wedding waffles lol

Burgers for dinner? I haven't attended a wedding with those as the main course. Late night snacks, yes.

Never been to a wedding with burgers, but as a guest I wouldn't mind as long as I'm fed, but I would not want that choice of food for my wedding because it will take away from the type of setting I would want.

I would think the fries would be gross. My FH loves burgers though so I'm surprised he didn't want a burger bar. He did ask for a taco bar than laughed

I love burgers, would not be the most thrilled guest to have them as dinner at a wedding. I like a lot of condiments on a burger, and most of the time it's quite messy. Don't like messy food at weddings.

I'd be fine with it as long as it's good food. You would only be able to do burgers if it was a casual receptions tho. We're doing the macaroni grill at our wedding lol!

As long as your wedding is casual, it will be great! A burger bar sounds awesome! We are doing BBQ ourselves.
