Buffet style dinner? What’s at your guest’s table setting?

You have the option of using chargers if you'd like something on the place setting.

I’m still using chargers and I’m putting my favors on the chargers.

We will use chargers. The folded napkin with silverware in it and glasses.

This was how they setup our tables for a buffet.

I’m still doing a regular setting. My caterer thought it was better to carry the plates over and I agree. The thought of huge stacks of plates worries me.

I'm doing something like this but with gold dollies, burgundy napkins with gold silverware and a ribbon tied around the silverware and napkin.

We skipped chargers, but had napkins, menus, and the silverware laid out.

(And also we ended up doing a plated salad for the first course before the buffet) — here’s an example of both set ups

I'm going to put the mini apple pies i'm probably using as favors. If not i'm not sure

Struggling with this as well. I think it's going to be a carger (which is actually just an old record) with a doily on top, and a napkin that is rapped around the knife & fork which will be tied with a twine little heart thing. Still need to find cups (i love the purple ones but too expensive to rent). Center pieces are three little vases that I will put roses in, and two tall taper candles & two votive candles.

We're going with silver paper doilies as chargers, orange simulinen (fabric feeling but disposable) napkins on top folded so they have a pocket, silverware in the pocket, a water goblet to the side, and a shot glass favor somewhere on or near the charger. We're using disposable heavy plastic plates we got from Costco that will be at the buffet

the buffet and realize they needed their plate and have to walk back.

I kept it much simpler than everyone else in this thread, haha. We did a buffet and our caterer supplied disposable plates, silverware, and napkins, so we just had little favor tins of mints at each place setting. This is more of a centerpiece photo than a place setting photo, but it's the best one I have.

Im going for simple no charger just table napkin in the waterfall way with a thank you card on top and silverwear set up and glasses set up also

And there favor abover the napkin almost forgot that part lol

We're having everything set on the table minus the dinner plate.

I had chargers and of course the different glasses for wine, water and champagne toast, and utensils. We planned to put the napkins differently but it was so windy that the only option was to have under the chargers and that worked out.
