Lulus would be good

Stillwhite is pretty good. That's where I got my dress. There's pre-owned or some never worn/tag attached dresses all at a discounted price. Straight from the seller. Only downside is, you can't try on beforehand so you should at least know what silhouette you want to get. The sellers provide the sizes of the dresses for you as well to get an idea. Good luck.

I’m looking in SoCal as well! There’s a place I plan on checking out called Glamour Closet, where they carry last-season and sample gowns of designer dresses for a very discounted price.
