Bubble send off at the end of the reception

We are planning to do a bubble send off at the end of the reception. Just wondering how I let guests know about this so that people are aware of it and don't leave early if they want to be a part of it. I was thinking about putting a sign somewhere, but not sure how to word it or where to put it. Any suggestions?

Can your emcee or DJ mention it sometime during the night?

You could have an attendant/server or usher pass them out or place them on the tables about 30 minutes before the end and have them explain what is happening. You could also put them on your favor table(if you have one) with a nice sign. Worst case, I agree with Cavan to just ask the DJ to make the announcement as they end the evening. Something like "please join us outside with your bubbles to wish the newlyweds a happy send off".

I'm doing bubbles too, and planning on a nice set up on a table with the boxes of them and a sign "Waiting for the send off - please do not enjoy early!"
