Brochure Template

Danielle, on June 13, 2011 at 6:44 PM Posted in Planning 0 6

We are having an out of state wedding and with the invitations, I was thinking about sending a brochure about the venue, places to stay, things to do and places to eat...... Does anyone have a brochure template and any ideas of what else i should add to the brochure??

You can order brochures off of vistaprint and they often run specials where you can get things for free. If you want to print at home, try searching for brochure templates on Microsoft Office's website:

Something to consider: What size are your invitations/envelopes? Will a typical tri-fold brochure fit into your envelopes with your invitations? I almost made that mistake with my map/directions cards. I was going to make them on half-sheets, but then they would be bigger than the envelopes.

Why not ask the venue to send you a supply of their brochures? They should be able to do that free of charge.

@ dragonfly, Thanks for the info.. I plan on sending the brochure out with the invitations and reply cards.

@ Kathy, the brochure wont just be about the venue it will also be about the location that we will be in, but i guess it wouldnt hurt to ask them for a brochure

Just an option: Do you have a wedding website? That is a good place to put all of that kind of information. You can send save the dates with the website on it or send an insert referring to the website to view for more information.

People might forget the brochure at home... I would leave it in their hotel rooms as a welcome letter. And you can list any itineraries (rehearsal dinner, golf for the men, etc)

You can get 25 free brochures by clicking the link below and using the email example I have at the top of the post. I also have other ideas for the free vistaprint items that you can read up on.

use the Free rack cards as "do not disturb" signs for your guests.
