Bridesmaids

I am having three: my cousin (like my sister), my bff, and my future SIL.

I did a proposal box. Michael's has adorable photo boxes for like, $2.99. I put in that ivory colored Easter grass and on top were, in the colors of the wedding, hand lotion, shower soothers, sugar scrub, nail polish, and a white rose from Joann Fabrics. Each box cost me about 11.00. I went to Tuesday Morning for the hand lotions, sugar scrubs, and shower soothers. TJ Maxx had nail polish. Then I made little cards that asked them to be my bridesmaids/MOH. I made each on special to them.

I have five and got them some inexpensive Bath and Body Works "Bride Tribe" stuff and a koozie that said "Will You Be My Bridesmaid?"

I mailed them a will you be my bridesmaid card with a bottle that they love & they were so excited & I will give them the big stuff for our special day as their thank you gift..

We are getting married next July and finally locked in on 8.. yes its a lot but we love everyone whose in it... i have 250 guest so i have a big wedding even tho i would rather keep it small... but at this point i dont have control lol... 4 cousins 1 is his sister-in-law, and 3 besties! Hes got our 4 brothers and 4 of his good friends.

Girls I bought tote bags and put bridesmaid and our date on it with the cricut machine. I handmade cards to ask them and then bought off etsy hair ties that say bride tribe.. Cost me $6 for each girl..

Guys are getting shot glasses with groomsman and date with a small bottle of booze!

I have 3 bridesmaids. I had these cards (see below pic) inside a card with a handwritten note telling them how honored I'd be if they would be my bridesmaids with a bunch of balloons.

Personally I am planning a proposal for my 8-9 bridesmaids

I had 4, I took them out to lunch (individually) to ask, but didn’t do a box because I didn’t want anyone to feel pressured to say yes.

I too am newly engaged and have just started giving this some thought and Im at 2 Matrons of Honor (thats of my sister wants to) and maybe 5 BMs. I was thinking of little proposal gifts but I havent decided yet as we still havent decided on a date yet lol

I have 5 bridesmaids! I wrote each of them a hand written note and sent it to them in the mail. For my MOH I got her a custom nutcracker (she collects them) and gave it to her on her birthday with a note inside the box!

Hi there! I went from having 8 bridesmaids to now only having 3 (one is my man of honor). I decided I wanted it to be a smaller group of people standing and have everyone else just to come out and enjoy the wedding (it will be a destination wedding). I didn't ask my sister who will be my bridesmaids officially yet but I see on Etsy all the time these cute proposals that I am now going to do since I have a smaller group.

I have 4 bridesmaids and 1 moh. I didn’t do a proposal but I got them each a box of fancy macaroons as a thank you. I plan to get them a bigger gift for the night before the wedding.

View Quoted Comment I saw a cute simple little proposal gift on Etsy for about $1.50. It had a little knot bracelet and said something like I cannot tie the knot without you, will be my bridesmaids. Not too much especially if you're thinking of 8.

I have 3 because I don’t like stress and I know woman can be difficult and catty and even with my 3 Bridesmaids my best friend for over 20 yrs is acting funny/ jealous...good luck if your picking more than 3 bridesmaids 🤣🤣🤣😩😩😩😩
