How do I get everyone to agree on a place to buy their dress? I'm sure that they won't argue if I just pick one, but I want my friends to be happy with their dresses. How do I get everyone to agree on a place to buy their dress? I'm sure that they won't argue if I just pick one, but I want my friends to be happy with their dresses.

I'm not asking that they all wear the same dress, they don't have to be the same fabric or style, the ONLY thing that I'm asking of my girls is that they are all wearing the same color. By this I mean the same shade of blush or petal or light pink or whatever the store wants to call it.

I feel like this isn't a lot to ask considering the leniency I'm giving, and all the places I've looked at online and in-store have a different idea of what blush or light pink is that I'm looking for. So I told them to decide on how much they wanted to spend (I only recommended to them sites and stores that had dresses for $150 or less, and I'll help whoever I can that can't pay), and to make sure that they have sizes available from 0-30 (also only suggested options to them that do this as well since my smallest is an XS and my biggest is a 4X), and then we would go form there.

The issue is that I've suggested multiple places so far and showed them photos of all the "blush" dresses from each that I like that I think would go really well together in the photos even though they won't all look the same as far as style. So basically they have about 30+ different styles to choose from (again, I really don't think I'm limiting them very much) unless they actually want to spend more on another dress they want that I didn't see because I was looking for <150. But the 30 different styles are a mix from different places so of course the shades of blush don't match.

This is where my question comes in on whether or not I should ask them to shop at 1 place? And should I get a swatch for each of them of the color I want them to be in? Did I just go about it all wrong telling them they could go shop on their own? Or am I asking way too much that they be in the same shade even though I'm freeing them up on literally everything else about their dresses??

I hope this makes sense, I'm terrible at explaining things online. But please help or share with me how you had your BMs shop for dresses!

The nice thing about Azazie is that they have a try on at home program. Sometimes you just have to try it on to be sure, but not everyone can make it to the group shopping trip.

You can set up a showroom online (your favorites), and email the link to your girls. They go onto the site, look at the showroom, and pick their dress from the choices you have placed in your showroom. But if they aren't sure, they can order a sample to try on at home. It costs $10, but Azazie ships it right to their home, they try it on, and it comes with a return shipping label, so it doesn't cost anything to send it back. If they like it, they can go back to the website, and order it. If not, they can get another sample to try on. It's really helpful, especially if you have girls spread out in different areas.

Try a site that has flexibility and offers swatches! That's key!I ordered swatches from Dessy Group and posted the ones I liked most to a group messenger. My girls are going to pick the ones they like most. Oh, and they sent me the swatches for free!I'm going to get a few of my dresses through Bella Bridesmaids (who carries Dessy Group ) due to having girls all over the country.
