FrenchinCLEBride, on May 11, 2016 at 2:56 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 20

What will your flowers be like? It does seem like a lot of navy, and I haven't seen it in person, but just doing a quick google image search of this, it looks nice with light colored flowers.

What is your other color(s)? As long as you offset it with a different color flower for the boutonnieres and bouquets, I think you will be fine. Or the guys can wear grey if you're worried about too much navy>

It does seem like a lot of navy. My FH will be in a navy tux but I planned on having my MOH in a blush pink gown.

Our colors are Navy, Cream, Silver and Blush. My Maids are in long Navy dresses and our Grooms men are in Charcoal suits with navy ties. blush and cream will be the only colors in their boutonnieres and bouquets to further soften the pallet. With everyone in navy and just FH in I in lighter colors (his suit is a medium silvery grey) it looked way too washed out.

I think that may be too much navy. I really want my guys in navy suits but as of right now FH doesn't want navy (he thinks its too blue... I'll convince him soon) but I planned on doing burgundy or deep magenta colored girl dresses. If he does not wear navy, I'll most likely have the guys in a charcoal gray and the girls in navy with burgundy and white bouquets.

Our accent colors are blush, silver so the flowers will be lighter and hopefully pop against the dark navy. I was thinking of blush color tie and flowers.

I think it would be fine, but for another idea: we are doing navy gowns and then the GM will be in dark grey tuxes with navy bow ties. The flowers for the girls will be ivory, burnt orange, peach, coral, and the guys will have a coral boutonniere. Just another idea! We were worried about that too, so we went this way. Everyone seems excited about the colors who will be in them!

Like pps have said - as long as your flowers and decor have some accenting pops of color I think it will look great!

If you want another perspective... my BMs are wearing navy dresses. I am wearing white. The GMs are wearing charcoal tuxes with charcoal vests, white shirts, and navy ties. My dad is wearing a black tux with a navy vest. Our flowers are white, green, and blush.

I don't think that navy tuxes would be too much as long as they are broken up with the right shirt/tie/flower combo.

Sounds perfect. That's similar to my pallet and my friends pallet two years ago. Navy grey pinks and creams are beautiful together.

That's what we're doing, so I hope it's not too much navy! I didn't think it would look bad at all. My flowers are mixed colors. I think it'll be fine.

That's fine. My BM's are wearing navy dresses and the GM are wearing grey tuxes.

We are doing bridesmaids in cobalt and groomsmen in navy suits. The groomsmen's shirts and ties are a royal blue (which is similar to the cobalt). All navy could work, but you do need a pop of color with the guys shirts or ties then.

I think it can work. I've seen weddings where the GM and Bridesmaids all wore black. Very classic look. Add some pops of color. I'm personally not a fan of gray tuxes so I wouldn't go that route.

We are doing this as well. Girls will be in Navy dresses haven't decided long or short yet and the guys will be in navy suits. Our flowers are going to be light pink (blush) here is some inspiration pics. I think it'll be great as long as your flowers are light... the girls shoes will also be blush or nude.

My girls are in Navy and the guys are in grey. I don't think all navy Is horrible, but I think the grey suits complements it so much better personally.

I think you can rock this look. Just don't do dark flowers. The lighter or brighter flowers will pop with all the navy!
