I would do something more neutral, then check with all the girls prior to make sure they can wear jewelry like that. I personally can't wear most earrings, my skin has an allergic reaction, so I typically can't wear gifted jewelry.

So even though I was personalizing everything with names and different colors and scents, I'm now redoing everyone's gifts

I'd be fine receiving the other jewelry if I was a bridesmaid! I really never wear jewelry, but it's fun to wear when you're a bridesmaid as long as your skin reacts to it okay.

Personally, I feel like the purple jewelry would go with the pink dress, however, a more neutral color pearl set may look better
