Bridesmaid planner

Where can I find a template for a booklet for my bridesmaids? I want to have all of the info I need to give them organized (dates, budget, etc) but I wanted to see if I could find one premade before making my own

Try using the Microsoft word templates, or Excel. They are all free.

The only things you need to provide your bridesmaids with are the dress info, your wedding date, venue, and what time they should arrive. I think that giving them a booklet is a little over the top and might make your wedding feel a little too much like a job.

I have a Google sheet with my timeline that I've shared with them all so they can access it. Besides dress and any shoe/jewelry preferences, they dont need much info for the day except when to arrive! My MOH will keep them on track after that haha. Plus asking them to bring a paper copy of anything might get forgotten so online access was easier.

Not sure when your wedding is, but mine is July next year and i am doing the same thing. I am including a pictures of the dress and hairstyle, as well as the cost for the dress, hair, and makeup to give them a cost of how much everything will be.

I am also requesting shirt, pants, and shoe sizes so i know for their bridesmaids gifts.

Gave them each a task for day of...something small like music or food to help me out but also so they don’t feel left out of the planning.

And lastly i am including a list of some things i would like their help on...although not mandatory.

Yea just keep it very simple and basic, but fun so this way it helps get them excited and keeps them involved with some of the smaller things. Plus they have an idea of how much they are expected to pay and no surprises
