Okay ladies I have no idea what to get for my bridesmaid for their gifts. I wanna save money but still show them how much I care about them. Has anyone else ran into this issue? What is everyone else doing?

I only have two girls, so I offered to pay for their bridesmaid dresses as their gift. My best friend did that for me, told me to pick whatever I wanted in the color theme and I loved it so much that I did the same thing!

I bought my bridesmaids' dresses for them (I only had 2 bridesmaids, so this was doable). at the rehearsal dinner, I gave them each a little gift bag that contained a robe for them to wear getting ready, a pair of earrings to wear, personalized hangers for their dresses, and cute tumblers that said "bridesmaid." I threw in a few little things as well like chocolates and hair ties. I also wrote each one a heartfelt note! you don't have to spend a ton of money to give them something meaningful Smiley smile

When I was a bridesmaid for my best friend, she got us matching robes to wear while getting ready, a tote with our name on it, and an emergency kit that had stuff like nail clippers, hair ties, tweezers, lip balm... it was so great!

For my own party, I want to get them a matching piece of jewelry to wear during the wedding and maybe matching pjs (I love to be comfy). Our theme is Hobbit so I was also thinking of hand making them Middle Earth style maps of where they currently live, crafty and inexpensive!

I think as long as it's personal, they'll love whatever you get them. Smiley smile

I completely agree. Get a specialized gift for each person based on what you know about them. I’m also planning on including letters letting each person know how much they mean to me and how they’ve helped me get to where I am today, which doesn’t cost a thing!

I found really awesome acrylic luggage tags on Etsy for my girls! (message for shop name if interested) A lot of our friends are out of town and will be flying in so I though this would be perfect, I also wanted to gift them something they could use in the future.

I went ahead and bought my 6 bridesmaids a 4X6 photo album with a few photos of us inside-Shutterfly usually has good deals on photos. (I left pages blank so the bridesmaid can add more photos as the time passes! Amazon offered 12 pack for $21) I bought them a "Will you be my bridesmaid" card from Amazon. (I believe it came with a set of 8 and it was $15. This set also had a will you be my maid of honor card) I used the card and described what their friendship means to me and funny quirky bridesmaid duties (so they know up front). I filled the envelope, album with confetti I hole punched myself. (Saved myself money here...) I was able to give this to one of my bridesmaids in person and she absolutely loved it. (Simple, cute, and affordable!)
