Hey ladies! When I was 18 I started struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. I was on medication for it at the time but started eating healthy and exercising and was able to get off of it but still struggle occasionally. Crazy thing is I speak in public for my job and have NO problem doing that but at my brother's wedding a few weeks ago (bridesmaid) I felt like I was going to pass out right there in the grass. It passed but I'm a bit nervous as to what could happen at my own wedding. Number of people has no bearing, as I may have one with 3 people or with 300.

Did anyone else struggle with this? How did you do it? My FH is the greatest man I've ever met and says if I feel it coming on just signal and he'll just reach around and support me but I just really don't want to pass out at my own wedding!

"We plan everything as much as we can and consider every ridiculous scenario that could happen, but at the end of the day, if panic is going to set in, it will whether we want it to or not. "

Allison- That comment was spot on. I have no idea, it could go either way. I will keep an ativan near by just in case or maybej sut take one ahead of time to prevent..
