i went for my 3rd dress fitting Tuesday afternoon - this time i had to put on my shoes so seamstress could pin the bustle and stand still... while that was going on i suddenly started to feel faint, sweating cold and dizzy i asked my mom to hand me water, she did, didnt help... i told my mom i dont...

i was surprised to hear the ladies at the shop say brides pass out all the time during their fittings! WHAT!?? they asked me if i ate, i said i had a soup for lunch cuz i didnt want to come into the fitting with a bloated tummy from food. lol smh

moral of the story-- eat brides, eat!

ps: it was a hot day, plus the dress is heavy, plus standing still, plus no food...i had worked out earlier, it took a toll.

I'll keep that in mind. Anytime i have something big planned later in the day, i always forget to eat because I'm awaiting that event. haha. Like someone said earlier, I may have to assign someone to remind me to eat !

On my wedding day, I had a good breakfast. The ceremony was at 2:00 and reception immediately after. My mom insisted I eat which was probably a good thing. I was so excited and talking with everyone that I didn't realize I was running on empty.
