We just booked our venue yesterday!!

Evan and I went with family to Disney World. On our day at Magic Kingdom, we disneybounded as Hercules and Megara. That morning, as soon as the park opened, we made our way to my favorite statue in the park for pictures with the family. In front of the Walt & Mickey Partners statue, my family quickly dispersed for Evan and I to take pictures only for him to get down on one knee and pop the question! He made my dreams come true that day in the Happiest Place on Earth.

My ring is an opal, surrounded by amethysts (my favorite stone), set in gold. The opals are his birthstone and reminiscent of the promise ring he gave me a year earlier. The Greek key design is etched in the sides of the ring to pay respect to his heritage. Little does he know, his wedding band will echo my celtic heritage. 😉

It was July 2018 when my fiancé proposed! We were supposed to get married on a cruise this last September but due to covid we are planning a new wedding!

We said Hi on June 27, 2009. I said YES on September 12, 2016 and we will say I DO on June 26, 2021. We've been together over 11 years! He's still the one!
