Ignore my nails 🤦🏾‍♀️

So I was totally thrown for a loop lol. First of all I usually never have my nails done but my now fiancé made sure she had my best friend make up a lie about needing a girls day to vent and wanted to get Manis and pedis, and so we did... little did I know my fiancé wanted to make sure my nails were done before proposing (GOOD JOB! Lol) the day of the proposal we went to get full body massages (which we already planned) and also checked into our hotel (which we already planned), we simply wanted a weekend to spend together and get away from life stressors. After we checked in we went to grab food but while we were out eating she had my best friend come set up the hotel room with rose petals and candles, customized wine glasses and wine bottles.. balloons.. it was super beautiful!!! So we finally get back to the room (she had to take me here there and everywhere to stall time lol) we get to the room and she’s like hang on one second, I’m like irritated now because we were out all day and I was just ready to get in the jacuzzi.. she started playing one of my favorite songs and told me to walk in and to stand in the roses that were shaped as a heart... she got on one knee and started her speech and I started my tears... it was the most beautiful intimate proposal ever!!! We got engaged 08/24/2019

He proposed on 12-22-19. We are getting married in March of 2021! I can never stop looking at my ring. We have known each other since 2015, fell off for about two years, then reconnected and now I’m marrying my best friend ❤️

My hubby spoils me daily and the proposal reinforced that fact completely. i LOVE my ring more than anything in this entire world.

We've been together for 5 years as of 1/10/20. On our first real vacation to Colorado, we took a quick walk up Chautauqua park and while our friend was taking pictures he got down on one knee 😭💜
