It is! It's a peach sapphire. So in some lights it is peach, sometimes its pink, and other times its a smokey gray color.

We decided on forever!

We went away for a nice trip upstate NY and VT, and I had a feeling it was coming. He was trying all weekend to propose and after some hiking and a long day out in the snow, we cuddled up in front of the fire and he just asked! He was so nervous, and super cute, but I couldn’t have been any happier to say yes to the love of my life! ❤️looking for our venue for October 2021!

We first started dating when we were 17 and 18. Now we are 25 and engaged!!!!! Trying to figure all of this stressful wedding planning out, but we will get there eventually! This ring was his grandmother's, so it is extra special to both of us 💓

He proposed over New Year’s vacation and we will be having a DW in Puerto Vallarta Jan 16,2021. After 8 years it was with the wait!!

It was my birthday!... He organized a bbq in our backyard with family and friends. They singed happy birthday and right after he announced that he has a gift he wanted me to open in front of everyone. He handed me a small bag, I looked in it and I saw a small box. Immediately, my heart started raising imagining what the little box carried inside. I opened the box and... it was a key chain!!! I was so surprised and kind of confused. He tells me to read the engraved words in the key chain. In one side there was a calendar marking June 22, 2019 (which confused me even more because my birthday was on June 24) and in the other side “Would you marry me?”. I started jumping and dancing of happiness and said “yes”.

Today, I love the ring as much as I love him!!

Is it just me that thinks that a “show me the ring “ thread is one of those reasons why weddings have become so frugal and a sign of pure consumerism, capitalism, pure looks and classism based on “the type of ring “ you wear?

am I the only one who thinks that wearing something worth $4K (arbitrary number ) or more in your hand is a waste of money and resources?

what about if we share what is a promise that your man or woman made to you when you got engaged ?
