I said yes August 12,2019. Our wedding is booked for May 22,2021. The diamond itself came from Antwerp, Belgium. I can’t wait to say I do!! Tyler and I met in elementary school, lost touch, and met back up again. Bought a house a year ago!

He does have great taste, I'm a very lucky girl!! I had mentioned little things to him in passing, such as that I didn't really want anything going on with the band, I liked the halo look, I really like rose gold and really wanted something original, but I actually had my eye on another ring that my sister was trying to push him towards, but he had done his homework and saw some design imperfections with the one I wanted, so he picked this one and got the okay from my sister! I am so glad that he did and that he was actually listening to me when I was trying to drop some hints!!

Engagement Ring

My fiance and I got engaged on September 23! We have been together for the past 4.5 years, but we originally started dating when I was 14 (14 years ago!) We dated on and off through high school, but lost contact for 5 years. We reconnected in May 2015 and have been together since!

Apparently he had been planning the engagement for months with my family! Had my mom hide the ring and everything. After 3 years with my best friend, I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him as my husband!

After 6 years together he asked me, surrounded by candlelight and my best friends in the world, in Yosemite, if I would be his wife. I've never been a fan of diamonds. Turquoise has always been my favorite stone as well as my birthstone. Sapphire is his. Together he designed the perfect engagement ring.
