I cried for 2 hours today as I thought about the reality that I have 10 days before the wedding. I keep feeling like I'm missing something even though I plan every day of my life. I had a meltdown today and cried about how much money we've spend and just overall the stress of it. I think I scared my fiance a little bit. Has anyone had meltdowns? How did your fiance react?

I cried in my car when I couldn't find any black bridal magazines. I thought I would have no hair and make inspirations because of this. It was like three weeks after I got engaged and I'm hoping the only meltdown I have

I woke up crying the other day because I have a million things on my mind, too. I totally understand your situation. I would recommend writing things down on paper to get them off your mind. I like the idea of eating an ice cream sundae, too. That always helps!

Planning a wedding has been crazy. I would have been happy with a JP wedding, but he wants the whole shebang so that's what's happening. I don't think I have had any meltdown momemts so much as I have WTF moments. My FH'S best man sent me a list of his demands for him and his girlfriend to attend the wedding this week and it made me want to shove it where the sun doesn't shine...who does that crap? And they were crazy demands....it could cause a different kind of meltdown. Lol

Last Friday I couldn't leave work early and had to rush to my last wedding dress fitting. I was speeding and of course ended up getting pulled over by a cop. 26 miles over the speed limit (i suck). I had a mini meltdown. Luckily, he let me off with a major break and just gave me a warning. Boy was I stressed lol

I've had various meltdowns. But because of everyone else...which isn't fair. My FH is just as ready to be done with all of this. It's been constant planning day after day. It's all I ever think about. We are almost there... I get married 8/12!!

Sadly, it's totally normal. As you can probably tell from PPs.

I don't so much cry as obsess. I've been obsessing for months over wedding eve.

Unfortunately, I still have no plans, and FH, while patient with me, won't voice an opinion besides "whatever you want is fine by me" -- which you KNOW is so not helpful.

We have mini meltdowns when we realize the cost of everything. not that were blowing the budget but its so crazy. when one has a meltdown the other talks about how amazing the honeymoon in Hawaii will be and that it will all be worth it!

This is a great post. Letting me know I'm not the only one having meltdowns.

I haven't had a "meltdown" per she but I can officially say I'm getting married next month now, so wouldn't be surprised if I did. Plenty of heated discussions over budget but those have settled down.
