Hi Nelisa! Have you taken a look at local restaurants and county clubs? OpenTable has a pretty great private dining search you check out!
You should also check out Stein Eriksen Lodge, Montage Deer Valley, Log Haven, FINCA, Ogden Botanical Gardens, USU Botanical Center, and Red Butte Garden.
