My husband and I got married at the Stein Eriksen Lodge on May 25 2019, in a Jewish and Hindu inspired wedding - and it was the wedding of our dreams and a truly unforgettable day and night. Tracy is a incredible person and professional, and from the first time I spoke to her on the phone, I knew right away that she and the Stein team would be the perfect team to work with. Their level of attention to detail, overall consideration, patience, flexibility, creativity, and overall QUALITY - is truly unmatched. Since my husband and I live in New York City, we relied a ton on Tracy and the team to help move things along locally, and I have to say they did an outstanding job. The Most Beautiful Venue
Of course weddings at Steins are gorgeous, but it was the little touches and the amazing service by Steins' wedding coordinate, Tracy Selman, her support staff, and the all the service staff that made our wedding day the most amazing day of our lives. I cannot say enough about how hard every single person worked -- from the doormen to the wait staff during our reception -- to make our day both special and seamless. It was snowing heavily on the afternoon of our wedding day, and Tracy and her team worked so quickly to find a new space inside and move our ceremony setup indoors. I truly felt like the most special person the entire day - it seemed like everyone at Steins was working to make our day magical, and it really was. And this speaks nothing of the months of planning, coordination and help that Tracy offered prior to the wedding. She was truly such a joy to work with, and beyond the inherent beauty and elegance of Steins, is so much of the reason our wedding day was the best and most magical day of our lives.

Their new banquet upstairs is spectacular. High ceilings, gorgeous view of the mountains on the walk out balcony. We had a large Indian wedding and my husband came in on a horse up Stein Way, they were so accommodating to the culture and traditions, it was amazing.

We worked with Ashley Bott at the Stein Eriksen Lodge and she was amazing. She helped us make decisions, stay on track for planning, and helped us so much on the day of the wedding.
The venue simply speaks for itself. If you're looking for mountain elegance this is it! The amazing decor inside the building and the craftsmanship of the room meant I didn't have to do as much work decorating. I added my own personal touches and let the natural beauty shine through.
I am so glad I chose the Stein Eriksen Lodge and I would recommend it to anyone.

I am so happy I chose the Stein Eriksen when picking a destination wedding location in Park City, Utah! The new ballroom is BEAUTIFUL! The classic, elegant touches really make it so much more than a typical ballroom. Nancy was great! She was responsive throughout the whole process and made the wedding day go along so smoothly. The food was delicious. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the butternut squash soup. For a beautiful mountain wedding, Stein Eriksen Lodge is the perfect place!

We got married November 10, 2012. So while it wasn't quite ski season yet, we still had lots to do at the Lodge to keep all of our friends and family busy, since this was a destination wedding. Our event coordinator Nancy Liepmann was great to work with, we didn't have to worry about anything except showing up. The pastry chef that made our cake for the wedding reception also made our cake for the rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing, cocktails were great, service and staff were exceptional. All of my bridesmaids, the Moms and myself got our hair and makeup done in the spa the day of the wedding, they were very accommodating to our needs. We even had a Sunday brunch there the morning after the wedding...the brunch was just as amazing as our reception. We plan on returning for our one year anniversary and as much as we can in the years to follow.

Spectacular venue, spectacular service. Our wedding was in August, which is off-season for Park City and the Stein Eriksen - a ski lodge/luxury resort - so we were able to get great prices both on the venue and on hotel rooms for our guests. We had friends and family fly in from all over the country and everyone loved it. Cannot say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff were, and how beautiful our pictures turned out. The whole evening ran pretty seamlessly. everyone is still talking about the two spectacular cakes the pastry chef dreamed up for us as well - just like Ace of Cakes, but better! We highly recommend this venue and plan to return as often as we can in the future.

Stein Ericksen's is hands down the best! The food was excellent - we still receive many compliments and they accommodated every allergy/preference our guests requested seamlessly. The service is absolutely amazing, so attentive yet as a guest you don't even realize they are there. They are so professional and experienced, you can relax and enjoy your own event!
