It might be a reach, that's why I'm asking here. I need your hidden jewels ladies!!! It can be from Oceanside and Escondido to Chula Vista and Coronado. Qualifications:

- 50-80 women

-Not outside

-Not rustic or countryfied

- Theme is Breakfast @ Tiffanys

-$300 is okay but not $400

P.S. I've already looked on WW for places and they're out of my price range :,(

Thanks in advance ladies!!!

I don't see anyone being "mean" here. But what your asking/wanting is confusing.

    1- you shouldn't be finding a place.

(We get it. You are helping. Still not your place)

2- I've only seen showers at a persons home and much smaller. Mine is no friends. Family only. Aunts/ cousins/ gmas/ moms/ FSIL FMIL

3- the $200?? For what? Is that the entire budget. Most restaurants don't make you pay to have a seat, but you would need to decorate and feed everyone.

4- out of all of these 80 guest...no house?? But 80. Really. That's a lot

People are just trying to figure out exactly what's going on.

    1. You don't throw your own bridal shower.

    2. You don't throw your own bridal shower.

    3. 80 people is too many for a bridal shower

    4. Have you ever read the book or seen the movie? It's not wedding friendly.

    5. See above.

I have been to a bridal shower at a church. It was a big room about 40 people. I was not invited to the wedding but hadn't met you ladies yet so I didn't think anything of it. They had cookies and appetizers, bridal games and prizes.

I've never heard of a Vow Renewal shower. Petty sure, that's not a thing.

#7...don't list your bridal shower details on your wedding website. There are many reasons not to do that. One of them being that the bridal shower invite isn't for everyone on your wedding guestlist. Everyone at the bridal shower should get an invite to the wedding but not vice versa. This adds to the high guest count issue you've mentioned and also seems gift grabby.

There are no circumstances in which you should be registered for a vow renewal.

Is there township halls or venues out there? I've been to a shower at a hall like that before. Then you decorate it how you want.

Nothing here is mean, but it is definitely honest and correct. Under no circumstances should you be having a shower for a vow renewal.

Your vow renewal shower is already scheduled to be held at your mom's house according to your wedding website. This post makes no sense.

Over here in Canada we can rent party rooms at community centers and condos. I don't know if you would have something similar in your area. We hosted my friend's bridal shower last year in a condo party room and the rental was $100 for the entire day - it came with a full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, sink).

ETA: To be more specific, this was in downtown Toronto.

You could look for apt complexes that have a community room or equivalent. Do you have like YMCAs or city rec facilities?
