I'm not much of a huge bling kind of person and he knows that so he did this whole 007/mission impossible ruse to find out what kind of ring I would want. I was definitely surprised when I saw the box open and it was the ring I picked out lol.

We didn't buy my set as a matching set, however, I think if you want a perfectly matched set, either buy a set from the jewelers or look online, like Etsy! Do you have an engagement ring, or are you still shopping?

There are many sets out there, yes. But I fell in love with an engagement ring that did not come as part of a set, So I then looked for a wedding band that would go well with my diamond. I also felt like the sets can make it a little harder to find a coordinating men's ring, not so if he just wants a plain gold band. But my FH requested hammered titanium, so that's what we ordered for him, and we found a hammered white gold band for me, both have that hammered finish and silver color, but I wanted white gold since my engagement ring is also white gold.
