Bridal party wedding timeline

CDickman, on June 24, 2019 at 1:44 PM Posted in Planning 0 12
Has anyone given the bridal party the timeline only so they know what is happening when? They are not going to have any jobs just hold my bouquet at ceromony and grooms women will hold rings.

I'll be giving our bridal party the timeline. I think it's helpful for them to be on the same page than to constantly be asking you what is next.

I just told them what time to be at the venue for hair and makeup and what time they needed to be in their dress. Other than that I didn’t give them a detailed timeline.

For sure giving them a timeline. Also assigning certain tasks to people (taking care of bouquets and such). I'll also be making a day-of spreadsheet with phone numbers for vendors, parents, church, etc. that I'll give to my super organized bridesmaid.

I'm a firm believer in prep so the actual day wont be stressful.

I gave my bridal party day of timelines and any information I though they'd need to know pertaining to the rehearsal and wedding. They don't have any "jobs" either.

I will be giving my bridesmaids a timeline of the day just so they know what is going on. I have one who is incredibly organized and type A, so I know she will help keep things running smooth even though I won’t be expecting anyone to perform any “duties”. For the guys, they are getting a bare bones timeline with ONLY the important things (ie, arrive at x time, be dressed by x time etc) because I know all too well that if I give them too much info they will forget it all lol

I made one so everyone knows where to be and when. I also included some of the photographer’s timeline so they know when what photos will be happening. I also included when speeches will happen during the reception.

Yes, I'm emailing a weekend schedule to parents & bridesmaids & groomsmen just so they have it.

I will be giving the wedding party a time line (they don’t have any jobs but to show up - on time).

I also will will be providing everyone a photo line list. We only have about an hour for wedding party & family photos before the ceremony, so I want everyone to know the photo line up.

I'll be giving the bridal party a timeline. I have already went over a tentative timeline with my girls but of course that's subject to change within the next 3 months. Either way, everyone in the party will have a timeline so no one will have the excuse that they didn't know where or when to be somewhere.

Everyone is getting a schedule so we're all on the same page: wedding party, parents, photographer, DJ, and DOC. Photographer and DJ will also be receiving individual lists of what we would like to have accomplished.
