Bridal Party Flower Help!!!

Morgan, on July 11, 2019 at 1:29 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 12
Hello!

I need some advice/help regarding the bridal party flowers.

I am looking for a cost effective solution to ordering flowers, I've been told to look at Costco, etsy, and Sam's club.

How did you all pick the color for the bridesmaids bouquets?

My wedding colors are purple, grey and gold. The bridesmaids are wearing purple dresses. Should their bouquet match in color or is it ok to be off?

Do the bouquets and boutonnieres need to match as far as color?

Is it to ok to get bouquet and boutonnieres from different places?

Should moms and grandmothers only get corsages? What about dad?

Help!!

The color really depends on what you want. I am ordering flowers from Trader Joe’s because it’s cheap and they’re beautiful! Check them out Smiley winking
Originally, everyone was going to hold bouquets with red roses and baby’s breath, but since my bridesmaids are in maroon, I have decided to have them hold pink/white roses with some greenery though mine will still be red.
I don’t think everything has to be identically matched, but complimentary colors would be nice.
We are skipping corsages because it was just an added expense I saw no reason for them honestly.

My girls are wearing plumb and lavender dresses and the flowers will be a mix of purple, white, and green. My FH wanted succulents for the boutonnieres so that's what those will be. My father will also have a boutonniere but both of our mothers opted to not have corsages.

My wedding is purple and gold with the girls in purple dresses. Our flowers are actually coming from a local grocery store. They did my sister’s wedding and it was beautiful and affordable. We got my bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 corsages and 11 boutonnières for under $500. As for the color of the bouquet, I decided to keep it simple and do all sunflowers.

I picked white roses because I was still undecided on a bridesmaids dress.

Get inspo on pinterest, join bridal groups on facebook near you, many people resell their fake flower bouquets and they are really pretty! You can always go simple and just do a bunch of babys breath too!

My wedding flowers are red roses and sunflowers! My bouquet will have red roses and sunflowers and greenery, while my bridesmaids will be wearing red dresses and carrying a single sunflower with a few red berries and greenery mixed in. I don’t think that the bridesmaids have to match completely, I think different colors can make your wedding even more vibrant!
