I went through my fair share of this....i had 4 bridesmaid drop out/ 1 i had to kick out (refused to pay for her stuff) and 2 or 3 GM drop out... how many brides have gone through this??? did it ruin a friendship or did you realize who youre real friends are??? where are you now???

Just found out last night that our junior bridesmaid won't be in the wedding. She's 8 and has a soccer tournament that weekend. Little disappointed that she is missing and I think her family also will miss the wedding and we're all very close. Or so I thought. We have a junior groomsman so not sure what to do. I want to ask someone, but also don't want them to feel bad knowing they were our second choice. The wedding is in five months and we need to make a decision quick. Help!

In the last month I’ve had six of our wedding party drop out three on each side one due to medical reasons which again is understandable but what these people don’t understand is what they do to the couple when they do this. I have spent more time crying over this wedding and I have planning this wedding. I have heard so many excuses such as I can’t afford theTux and dress yet they were the ones to choose the dress. I had a cheaper dress that I had chosenThat they turned out now they are using the I can’t afford the dress excuse to drop out last minute if you only wanted to be a guest then you should’ve just said that when you were asked.
