I think you should talk to your seamstress to see if she can make any tweaks to your dress, as it looks like you still have a couple of months. If you’re getting in your head, it might be worth asking your seamstress what she can do so that you know 100% that you love your dress day of. That said, I think it looks great

I think both look perfect! If you are looking for the bustle to be lower, it would not pick your train up enough to avoid being stepped on.

You can get a belt that goes all the way around off of amazon for about 20-30$. Idk how much your seamstress would charge extra for changing them out though. If you’re good with the way it looks then try not to think too much about it.
