Even if your baby will accept a bottle, you'll still have to pump or at least hand express every few hours to prevent you from getting engorged and risking getting mastitis, also if you don't remove milk for that long period of time your supply will probably slightly decrease. You can try spoon or syringe feeding baby. It takes longer but if they absolutely will not accept a bottle, those are options.

I notice my son gives me a hard time feeding from a bottle because he can still smell my milk. Try having someone else giving the baby the bottle. Hope that helps

My son wouldn't take a bottle from anyone at 3 months. I was persistent bc mommy needed a break! Through trial and error we finally found a bottle he would take. I still bf but supplemented as well. Your LO will probably more willing to try a bottle as he or she gets older. If not just excuse yourself and nurse. At 7 months they are waaaaay faster and more efficient so shouldn't take as long!

Does your dress even allow you to nurse? Are there alterations that can be made to facilitate that? Such as a panel with a clasp to take the front down or anything like that. It seems like you want to be able to nurse occasionally, but efficiently, so the dress being able to be quickly removed will be important for that. Also, I've seen GORGEOUS wedding pictures of women breast feeding their infants on pinterest/ google. I'm not pregnant, but those pictures leave me envious. So it's possible, and could possibly be a beautiful moment for you both together.
