Honestly I wouldn’t bother with a bra. You would have to do something strapless and strapless bras are not designed for function beyond a C cup. You can ask the seamstress to add boning for structure and then use tape that you can purchase via Goodlines.com or boobhold.com which have tutorials

Generally wedding dresses are designed to be worn without bras. In this case with the back being how it is, I think anything with a strap would show, and a strapless is going to also show in the sheer panel.

Once the dress is tailored to you, it should offer some level of support, and with some cups in, it will give you some shape.

If you want a bra, I would suggest a long-line bra or a bustier with a low back (this is what I wore).

BOOMBA! It’s double sided sticky cups that are SO sticky even with lots of sweat! The sticky technology is made to even wear with swimsuits! It’s online and there’s a sizing chart, and different levels of padding options, but if you don’t want padding it can at least help keep the girls in place. I’m a C cup, so I don’t know how they work for bigger than that, but I’ve worn them many times and they work great! It’s also nice because then you don’t have to worry about the dress gapping or any slippage if the dress moves because the dress is stuck to your body. They’re really comfortable too! No wire, no readjusting, they’ve been a life saver for me with various strapless or open back tops/dresses! Good luck!
