Boys suits?

Candace, on September 10, 2019 at 12:57 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11
Does anyone have a suggestion for renting a suit for a boy? He is still growing so they don’t want to buy one, but men’s warehouse doesn’t give you any customization options for their boys rentals. Only black shoes and belts, so why spend $70 to rent if he still has to buy brown shoes and belt..

Thanks in advance!

We bought one on Amazon for our flower baby, he was 1 at the time! I think it was $30.

I was able to rent a suit at Men's Wearhouse for my ring bearer. He is only 3. They took his measurements and everything. I will say that it was around $200 to rent his suit. You may be better off buying one from amazon or a children's formal store in a size bigger so there is room to grow.

Daughter's RBs' mom bought their suits (I believe at Penneys or Kohls? Or, check Burlington!) for less than in would have cost to rent them. The boys looked very nice and got at least one holiday (Easter) wearing out of the suits after the wedding, and depending on how much they grew this summer, possibly Thanksgiving/Christmas as well. The boys' suits were a somewhat darker gray than the G & GM, but they coordinated just fine.

Amazon has awesome little suits!!! I got this one for $48!!!! It’s a dark navy, also came with a tie! It’s excellent quality too! I really wasn’t expecting suck great quality, but I’m beyond happy with this little suit! (For reference this is a size 2t)

I purchased one on amazon that I loved and went a size up and started tailoring it myself (I sew so this was easy). My wedding is 31 days out and everything is tailored except the jacket because I don't see him hitting any crazy growth spurts in the next month. I made everything adjustable as well so incase he did theirs room for slight variances.

I went to Men's Warehouse for the groomsmen tuxes and were originally also going to order the junior groomsmen tuxes but they were the same price - $240. Which was just too high.

We went with Kohls. I bought charcoal pants, and a tux vest & a dark black shirt for like $45 per kid - and then I found plum ties on Etsy that perfectly matches our colors.

The boys have to wear their own black shoes & belt - but they all had one, and if they didn't they could buy them, and have them things for longer than a weekend.
