Bouquet/garter toss

We are sticking to tradition and doing the garter and bouquet toss. Yes we don't have to many single people but i know many people in relationships who think its fun and would love to participate in it.

And I've seen so many people in relationships jumping and trying harder to get the bouquet and garter. Nobody sees it as a single only supposed to hook up kind of thing. And when people in relationships got the garter and bouquet the guy didn't go up to the girl who caught the bouquet and try to put it on her. Most of the time the guy will just put it on his leg or arm.

We will be skipping both. Bouquet tosses can make single women feel uncomfortable, and garter tosses are outdated, not to mention the sexist stereotypes they reinforce.

Skipping both. I'm going to be blunt. I think the garter toss is disgusting really truly. I am no prude. But I don't want my fiance up my dress in front of my 84 year old grandfather. As for the bouquet toss, I've never liked doing it at weddings I'm not subjecting anyone to it.

We did an anniversary dance in lieu of the bouquet and garter toss.

We are replacing it with an anniversary dance and whoever has been together the longest gets my "throw" bouquet
