Bouquet toss with a twist!!

That's fun! :-) What are you planning on doing after the toss..like will you have 3 garters or are you not doing that part of it? Hopefully your girl guests are into the toss, at some weddings I've been to they are hesitant cuz they won't want to do the garter thing with whoever catches the garter.

See I never knew about the garter thing Where the guy put it on the girl who catches the bouquet until I saw 4 weddings the other night on TLC.. where I live the only thing they do after they catch it is get their pic taking with the bride and groom.. so we'll only have 1 garter by 3 bouquets in the pic lol

I did a bouquet "hand-off" to a friend who I knew was planning to propose to his boyfriend. It made for a fun photo. :p

That sounds so fun, but are you worried about anyone getting hurt? you see how woman be tackling either for the bouquet. i usen't to be one of those woman. lol now you got three. pure crazyness, but i would love to see it.

I love your idea! I am with you on the garter thing. I had never heard of the guy putting the garter on the girl who catches the bouquet, until my daughters wedding. The grooms family told them of that tradition.

Now for the creepy part. The Grooms brother caught the garter and their cousin caught the bouquet. He ended up putting it on her arm.

@Latasha B. where I live people don't get too into it lol. Plus its usually the little girl of the families who are the first to run out and try to catch the bouquet lol I Might even do more than 3 for that reason lol.

At one of the weddings I went too ... I caught the bouquet (it was planned though) and one of our best guy friends from high school (who I had a brief crush on) caught the garter and he had to put it on my leg ... I'm not sure we could stop laughing ... For my wedding, because it's mostly family I think I'm going to skip the whole putting the garter on the girls' leg who catches the bouquet ... Wouldn't want my one cousin or sis in law getting the garter put on her leg by another cuz of ours or one of FS friends ... LOL

U certainly don't have to do the garter thing if you do the bouquet toss..it's your day! :-)

I must admit that sounds like fun and it should make for some nice photos.

Break away toss bouquets are fun. I've done this for several of my past brides.

See for me i've been with my FH so long that every wedding we want too i wanted to catch the bouquet as a sign to him to ask me. lol which didn't work and when i was younger i always caught them too. so i'm undeafeted 5-0 and i'm looking forward to passing on my title. i had the funniest garter experinces ever it was my FH cousins wedding and his friend got the garter and i caught the bouquet and FH recorded and toke pics of this guy going up my dress to put it on. it was so weird to know that FH was watching this,but it was so fun which is why i'm still going to do it

We are going to do the bouquet and garter toss (FH wants to) and we arent going to make them put it on someone elses leg (even though my FH thinks its funny, I dont think it is.)Maybe we might have them share a dance or something instead of putting the garter on.
