Wide medical (first aid) tape works wonders. It takes a little practice to lift and tape, but the effect is totally invisible under clothing.

I remember hearing a while back that Kim Kardashian uses some sort of tape trick to hold her boobs up. I haven't tried it yet, but I definitely want to. I'm sure you could find it by googling "Kim K boob tape "

Do you have a pic of you in the dress? I'm the same boob size but I did get cups in my deep v. Haven't seen how my actual dress looks on me, it comes in in October.

This is me in the dress. Boobs are sagging. When I put the cups in to see how they would look, it was aweful!

They look great! I'm the same cup size as you just a 32dd. Don't use those sticky backless bras. They suck and have no support. If you figure it out. Please post an update.

Following- my dress is a bit different but I'm the same bra size and I know that these ladies move on their own. I'm having my dress altered so the bodice is tight and will likely hold them up a bit more. Also I've seen the individual stick on bras but I doubt they work above a C cup. I need something strong enough to keep them up for 8+ hours!

OP that is my dress too, and I'm having the same problem! I've tried perky pear and it didn't work for me, but I'm a 34DDDD so you may have better luck than I did. I would try to buy them now if you're going to because I think they sell out really fast.

I've had mine altered so that the neck isn't quite as deep, so I'm probably going to end up wearing a normal bra with an extender so you can't see the strap in the back.

I tried the tape tricks. It ended up smooshing my boobs at the tape so I had like tape lines/rectangle lines under my dress. I bought a thing from Walmart. It's cloth on outside-2 cups but all adhesive inside. I'm a 34D. It has hook in center like a front close bra. I wore it under party dress... worked amazing!

Dead honest, you don't look saggy at all imo with the dress as is-- do what you gotta do, but if all else fails, I think you look great as is
