Body by vi 90 day challenge!

I' just started it. My fbil and his gf are doing it. I love it and so do they. I think it is worth the money.

If anyone knows of a diet that gets rid of the stomach fat that is what i need. I have not heard of the diet shakes your speaking of @jaletia but if you hear good let me know and ill use you as my reference.

Did some quick google research and it looks like it's just another diet shake that uses fiber to fill you up and keep you from feeling hungry. It doesn't seem that healthy. 2 scoops of the shake powder(1 serving) is 90 calories. Not really good if you're replacing meals with it. It doesn't have very much protein for a meal replacement shake, and it doesn't appear to have anything very special in it to make it worth the price. From the looks of it you lose weight by pretty much starving yourself. Which could mess up your body. It looks like something that could case you to gain the weight back if you stop using it down the line as well. I would just join a Zumba class and eat healthier if I were you. Quick fix diets usually fail in the long run.

Ty pan, that's another of my concerns. It's $50.00 or the basic ackage and it lasts for 2 weeks. I would hate to see the peron that's in a financial bind that can afford to buy every 2 weeks. It might be too easy to gain the weight back.
