Biracial South Asian wedding in ny

My fiancé is a 1st generation, Bengali Hindu and I’m a small-town, Catholic from East Tennessee and we live in NYC. We are celebrating a Hindu ceremony in April 2020 and I am struggling with finding options for affordable South Asian bridesmaids attire. I have a ceremony sari but I was hoping to find an affordable bridal lehenga for the reception. I’m also searching for mendi options (tried yelp with little success) and affordable makeup/hair artists. Any NY and NJ options would be super helpful and I am looking online as well. Any guidance is very appreciated. ♥️

    I'm glad it's going along! It's definitely tough finding vendors on a small budget for an Indian wedding! So you know, hanging in there. Have you found a florist by chance? We want jasmine and marigold flowers but that's more traditional Indian and less traditional western so I've been having some trouble finding someone. The last person my mother spoke with said he starts at 10k. Our whole wedding is just 30-ish people, lol. When she told him that, he said that's oddly small and that he doesn't recommend using their services anyway for such a small wedding.
