Big Ticket Items

Besides venue, the big ticket item was my Dj. I went with someone who I felt confident would be good instead of going for lower quotes where I wasn't sure. Saving money with 1 photographer and no albums, and flowers I found a woman who works out of her home instead of renting a store front so that saved a lot.

The venue. $90 a person approx. 120 guests is our big ticket item. Our diy was the invitations. Used velium paper along with stock paper, ribbon and jewel. Total for invitations was $60. We figured not to spend so much on invitations when people just toss them out anyway.

Dress

Venue by a landslide. But that includes food and drinks and such.

Most: food and alcohol.

Least: venue is free due to my dad being a member.

So far we are still under budget.

Food is the most expensive then photography and alcohol, thankfully my venue was a steal and not a traditional wedding venue

Spending the most overall on food but it's actually under budget. Apart from that, I went 4k over our music budget (for a band) and 3k over our photography budget.

Venue... things included are bartender, chairs, tables, linen,security guards, photobooth, and special lighting.

Biggest: food, then venue and alcohol (about the same)...least is flowers.

The price of our honeymoon shocked me! $10.000

Catering is the most by far including staff, etc. I saved a bunch on my dress but am splurging on accessories.
