Big day grooming

Someone recently posted about waxing for the wedding and someone else suggested European Wax Center. Who here has gone to them? Does anyone have specific experience with either the Monroe, NY or Denville, NJ places? Between my strapless dress and the wedding night, I think I might give them a try. One less thing I have to do that morning!

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for the timing? I had a Brazilian once a long time ago and tried an at-home underarm wax once, also a long time ago (huge fail!). My wedding is on July 20th. Would I be better off going next week and then squeezing another appointment in like 3 days before the wedding or just going right before the wedding? I'm just worried if I go now, it will be too soon to have it done again by July 17th. Any suggestions are appreciated!

    I’ve never gone there myself but getting pampered down there and other areas is GREAT. For the big day, it’s a bit far from you (1 hour) but I switched to Sugaring (at Sugar and Bronze) and boy did it change EVERYTHING. Not only is my skin softer from it but it grows back slower and softer, and zero irritation with no ingrown hairs. I’d look into that Smiley smile

    I haven’t been to the Denville Location, but I do go to the Short Hills or Berkeley Heights location frequently and its always a great experience, I go every 3 weeks but if you go next week then go a few days before the wedding that’s good timing as well.

    I go to EWC! I highly recommend it. It's just so much easier. I get my Brazilian done every 4-5 weeks so I think you're good to go soon and then maybe two days before your wedding?

    I go to EWC too! I usually get mine done 2-3 days before an event so it gives my skin time to heal.
