Big budget brides - Decor

Hi everyone,

I’ve been noticing a lot of brides DiY decor and flowers. However, my case is different I’m hiring a wedding designer/florist + rental company. If you have a wedding of $50k+ and are spending over 6k+ in Decor/Rentals… would you mind sharing the list of decorations that made up that cost.
I’d like to have some benchmarks and have some additional ideas on what I might be missing in terms of decor for my final quote.

One of the decor items I did was fairy lights strung all across my ballroom ceiling. Bistro lights were also an option.

Our budget is quite $50k, but when I added up EVERYTHING we are at $41k (I had no idea). For decor we are spending $2900 on florals (ten tables + 2 bouquets, 6 boutonnières. 2 corsages), linens $1380 (velvet overlays & Tiffany blue napkins), we are doing candles throughout ceremony & reception for $215, and (3) 3 foot marquee letters for $450. Custom LED lighting is including as part of our package. Our ceremony space is a garden type courtyard so not a lot of decor is needed there. So just under $5k for decor.

I spent approximately $7k on flowers which included 18 table centerpiece arrangements and greenery for the head table (see pic below). I don't remember the exact breakdowns of everything else, but it was about $5k for the chair rentals, linen rentals, drapery, waterfall lights, uplighting, etc. to transform the space.
can you tell that our reception space was previously a church fellowship hall??
