Beyond the centerpieces

Besides the obvious centerpieces on the tables at the reception, what other decor are you having out and about?! I am standing to see everything come together but I feel like I need to decorate the guestbook table, the cake table, etc. any ideas?!

We aren't planning on decorating tables other than the tables people will be sitting at. They each have centerpieces but this is a mock up of the drink and dessert tables.

I'm keeping it fairly simple aside from my centerpieces, which will be candles with rose petals and eucalyptus leaves scattered around. I made a floral garland for the fireplace mantel in my venue and have a wreath to hang above it, I'm having a company hang string lights, and I have wine bottles with fake flowers to put on the guestbook and card/gifts tables.

We are going to have between 15 and 20 tables and have enough centerpiece decor for 24 so we are using the extras to decorate other areas. We bought mini vintage bottles, wooden crates to display cupcakes, fake flowers, and some other things to tie it all together. It's an outdoor venue on a mountain overlooking a valley so we don't need much for decor.

We’re doing an enchanted forest theme so there’s a lot of decor I’m working on!

Fairytale book for photobooth(diy) still buying supplies

Fairy cake table! I’m 50% done with this. Beautiful fairytale cake, toadstool chocolate cupcakes, honey comb shaped cakes, rose petal almond cakes, diy moss and flower cupcake stand, lit tall flower branches, old white column statues with ivy, butterflies

Guest book table will have a wall of moss, flowers and butterflies with gold ornate frames inside the wall filled with faerie themed love quotes(diy I’m still buying supplies) and a manzanita wishing tree(diy, FH’s project since he wanted it)

Big photoframe to go over the fireplace with our favorite love quote

Centerpieces are bouquets of wildflowers with moss, rocks and fairy lights(diy just need the flowers) sitting on gold glittering stands with candles

Big sheer curtains with fairy lights to go over the wall of tall windows

I’m looking for potted trees as well, going to check out plant nurseries closer to the big day.

That doesn’t even include ceremony! I’m too ambitious 😭 but I’ve already bought everything so there’s no turning back. Luckily I have help.
