Your dress is GORGEOUS, I love the lace, as already mentioned, Spanx has many options, if your dress has a low back you might want to consider sewn in bra cups, I had to have them because of my dresses very low back, and because I have less than B cup boobs and needed the padding so I didn't look flat, my seamstress said she always recommends them instead of a bra.
