I had 2 wedding binders and I didn’t use either of them lol, except to stuff papers into the folders from contracts and whatnot. My most useful tools were Google Drive, which I created budget and payment spreadsheets in, as well as kept all vendor information in a spreadsheet! It was perfect because I could access from my computer or phone at all times, and could share documents with anyone via email address! It really helped keep me organized. I also literally had a big Rubbermaid plastic container that I marked “wedding stuff” and would throw anything I purchased in there so I knew where everything was at all times!

Opposite of first reply: I have my personal wedding ideas bi der and my wedding planner binder that my venue gave me. The both of them have been very helpful to me, at least as far as organization and timeline goes. This app is also great Smiley xd .
I look a lot at Pinterest and have multiple boards to help organize ideas as well. And if you cant find something you want- look on Etsy!

I'm completely stuck between getting an actual planner (notebook, not person) or just using a blank spiral notebook. I'm soooooo stuck!

I’m using a binder and I think that’s the best, because then I can print contracts, hotel reservations, etc and include them in there!

My phone. I do everything on my phone. I take notes, have them organized. A calendar of what I should get done each month. Emails and google drive access. This app. Pictures. Yup. Everything on my phone.

I have a wedding binder (The Knot's) where I keep my contract originals, checklist, inspiration photos from bridal magazines, color swatches, and contact information for vendors.

I also use Google drive, Google Calendar, and WW's budget system to keep everything up-to-date. I love Google Drive and Calendar because I am able to invite FH and my parents to view and edit documents and any vendor meetings we need to go to.
