Best stamping ink for envelopes?

I purchased this style stamp for my FSIL and FBIL when they moved into their first house together. They use their stamp on their wedding invitations. Did not smear. When it arrived I tested it before I gave it too them. Paper was dry in less than 30 seconds.

If your using the stamp a lot in a row it will probably be easier to use a self inking stamp. But, that's just my opinion.

I would ask the Etsy seller before purchasing.. just explain what you need it for and they can give you a little more direction.

Mostly it depends on your envelope. If you have shimmery envelopes almost nothing shows up well. Learned my lesson.
