I have the same issue girl. I have been doing some intense hip workouts for 4 months now and I'm still hardly seeing a difference lol my recommendation is to just make sure your underwear isn't too tight with the dress because that definitely makes the indent stand out more. I also have spanx that seem to smush my hips and thighs down which overall gives a slimmer smoother look from the front. I got the nude spanx with the longer thighs.
